The vice chairman of IPCCCA introduced in detail the association's advantages in new vocational certification, Internet + education platform construction and international talent assessment system, and emphasized that IPCCA has always been committed to promoting the interconnection and interconnection of global vocational education resources through innovative models. Dr. Ansori Muazzamkhon highly recognizes the international layout of IPCCA, pointing out that Penkikent Normal University, as a well-known educational institution in Central Asia, is actively exploring vocational education paths that adapt to regional development, especially in emerging fields such as low-altitude economy and artificial intelligence.

The two sides agreed that they will focus on jointly building the "Central Asia Vocational Education Research Institute" as the core tool, focusing on promoting three major cooperation directions: First, jointly develop master's and doctoral courses in the fields of low-altitude economy and artificial intelligence, and formulate talent training standards in combination with the characteristics of Central Asia's industry; Second, build a multinational talent exchange platform, and promote the sharing of vocational education experience through mutual delegation of teachers and joint training of students; Third, relying on the global certification system of IPCCA, it provides internationally recognized capability assessment and certification services for vocational skilled talents in Central Asia, and help regional talents "go global".

This cooperation is an important measure for IPCCA to respond to the "Belt and Road" initiative and deepen international vocational education cooperation. As a key hub along the "Belt and Road", Central Asia has developed rapidly in emerging industries in recent years, and the demand for high-quality technical and skilled talents is becoming increasingly prominent. Through this cooperation, IPCCA will export advanced vocational education concepts and curriculum resources, and combine the local education advantages of Pengjikent Normal University to jointly build a talent training system that meets the needs of regional development.

Dr. Ansori Muazzamkhon said that he hopes to use this cooperation as a starting point to promote the integration of Central Asia's vocational education with the world; the vice chairman of IPCCA emphasized that the association will fully support the construction of the institute and contribute to the cultivation of high-end talents with an international vision and local practical capabilities in the Central Asia region. The two parties agreed that the research and development of the institute's listing and the first batch of courses will be completed within the year, opening a new chapter in the international development of vocational education in Central Asia.
