Pengjikent Normal University and the International Professional Competency Certification Association (IPCCA) have jointly established the Central Asia Research Institute.

In response to the I Belt and Road Initiative and to advance development in education and other fields across Central Asia, Pengjikent Normal University and the International Professional Competency Certification Association (IPCCA) have jointly established the Central Asia Research Institute following amicable consultations and collaborative preparations. Adhering to the principle of ‘consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits’, the institute integrates the strengths of both parties to foster regional educational cooperation, cultural integration and professional competency enhancement.
