PolyU SPEED and the Hong Kong Community College (HKCC) are both units under the College of Professional and Continuing Education (CPCE).
The degree certificates issued by SPEED are uniformly issued and stamped by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The certification documents issued by the China Study Abroad Service Centre will be marked with a description of ‘professional education and executive development’, but the main body of the certification is clearly ‘Hong Kong Polytechnic University’. Currently, this type of certification is recognised in scenarios such as civil service recruitment and state-owned enterprise employment, and does not affect the relevant qualification review.
